Bean Pie

2 cans, different kinds of beans: Use pinto, white, great northern, black-eyed, whatever your 2 favorites are (baked beans in sauce don’t count).1 pie crust, frozen
1 cup cheddar cheese - shredded
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce

 

Mix together beans (rinsed, if using canned), sauce, and half of cheese,and toss into pie shell. Bake at 350 for 45 min or so. Remove from oven and sprinkle rest of cheese over the top; let stand until it melts.

Eat with salad and tortillas!
