Stop wasting time trying to be perfect about getting rid of things. Put it in the donate box, or trash if it’s really no good, and let it go. You only lose more life energy and time by thinking and messing with it one more time.

If music, TV, the cell phone or other tech-gadgets are overwhelming your senses, shut them off. It’s okay to UNPLUG for a few minutes to hours to full days to regain your sense of self, sanity and senses lost in overstimutation.

Say NO to overwhelm.

Being a busy woman, a mom or working from home all have great perks, but they can also be drawbacks.  Be realistic with yourself. Work out a financial and time budget and ask for help.

If you have children, consider hiring a sitter or take kids to daycare, or swap kids with another mom for one day a week so you can get some uninterrupted time to take care of your mom or business work.

House a mess? Hire a housekkeeper, even if it’s just to do the bathrooms! Don’t be afraid to ask (or pay) or help. You are worth it and so is your family and/or business.

It is scientifically known that touch heals our body and relaxes us. Add hands that are educated and practiced, and hopefully gifted at it, and you’re in heaven!

Your body needs a good full body massage at least once a month, if not more often as you can schedule it in and afford it. Relaxing your muscles, working out the kinks, making you feel all connected and calm are all very good reasons for taking care of yourself wholistically.
